1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of diamondeconomycleaning.com (the "Website") and to the cleaning services provided by Diamond Economy Cleaning LLC ("Diamond Economy Cleaning", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website, requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Services offered

We provide regular cleaning, deep cleaning, maintenance cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, office cleaning and optional extra services, as described on our Our Services page.

We serve clients in San Francisco, Daly City, San Mateo, Burlingame, Millbrae, Foster City, San Carlos, Redwood City, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Los Gatos, Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Mill Valley and surroundings.

3. Quotes

Quotes are free and based on the information you provide, such as the size of the space, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of cleaning, the frequency and any extras. If the conditions found on site are significantly different from what was described, we will talk with you before making any change to the price or scope.

4. Scheduling and access

• No minimum contract. No minimum contract or commitment is required. You may schedule services as needed, once or on a recurring plan.
• Advance booking. We recommend scheduling at least seven (7) days in advance. Appointments on shorter notice may be available, subject to availability.
• If you are not home. There is no additional fee or automatic cancellation if you are not present, as long as our team has access to the property and the cleaning can be completed.
• Access. You may provide a key, a lockbox or gate codes. Please give us clear instructions about access, alarms and pets before the visit.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least one (1) week in advance to avoid fees.

• Cancellations made 2 to 6 days before the scheduled service are subject to a 50% charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are subject to a 100% charge.

6. Payments

We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, cash and checks. Payment is due within three (3) days after the service is completed. We do not collect card details through the Website.

7. Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work. If any area has not been cleaned properly, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will make every reasonable effort to address and correct the issue. At our discretion, we may re-perform the service or provide a discount or service credit.

8. Property damage and liability

We accept responsibility for damage directly caused by our team. Please report any damage within 24 hours of the service so we can review it.

We are not liable for damage related to pre-existing issues, such as worn, broken, unstable or improperly secured items (for example, loose locks, cracked glass or unstable furniture).

9. Client responsibilities

• Inform us in advance of any fragile, delicate or high-value items, and of anything you prefer we do not touch.
• Let us know your priorities and any instructions about pets, keys and alarms.
• Put away personal items such as toys, clothes, make-up and books when possible, so the team can focus on cleaning.
• Provide a safe working environment, with access to running water and electricity.

10. Our team

All team members are thoroughly trained and vetted to ensure professional conduct and service quality. Diamond Economy Cleaning is a licensed and insured local company.

11. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you contact us or request a quote. You may not attempt to interfere with the Website's operation or security.

All Website content, including text, logos, images and design, belongs to Diamond Economy Cleaning or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Reviews shown on the Website come from third-party platforms, such as Google, and reflect the opinions of their authors. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Website is provided "as is". We work to keep its information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Economy Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits our responsibility for damage directly caused by our team, as described in Section 8, or any rights you have under applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and applies to services booked after that date.
